Delivering Measurable Outcomes.

As the R&D Project Manager leading the product development programme, I had the pleasure of working with Praveen Gupta during a major UI modernisation effort. In a very short span, Praveen immersed himself in our domain, understood years of legacy application complexity, and became a key contributor to our product transformation.He single-handedly owned the Information Architecture, user workflows, and wireframing for both our existing and next-generation applications, successfully aligning stakeholders and establishing a strong UX foundation in under two months. His ability to work through ambiguity, ask the right questions, and help Product Managers make balanced trade-off decisions was invaluable.Praveen's ownership, dedication, and passion for creating intuitive user experiences set him apart.
